Public Benefit
Our beneficiary selection process is designed to ensure that our services reach those in genuine need
In the Dudley area our goal is to increase capability in areas such as:
- People will experience increased social connection, reducing their sense of isolation.
- People will be supported to understand and access benefits to which they are entitled.
- People will experience improved health and wellbeing as a result of being supported by Cadrene Supported Living.
- People who are homeless or vulnerably housed will be supported to move away from crisis and towards greater stability.
- Health inequalities will be reduced by supporting people to access GPs and other health services.
Referrals
We prioritise individuals referred by reputable agencies such as Job Centre Plus, the Police, the Homeless team, and other professional organisations. This rigorous referral process helps verify the authenticity of the beneficiaries’ needs and ensures that our resources are directed to those facing genuine poverty and social exclusion.
In cases where individuals approach Cadrene Supported Living directly, we conduct thorough needs assessments to ascertain their eligibility for our services. If deemed necessary, we refer them to the appropriate professional bodies or services for further support, maintaining a collaborative approach to addressing their needs effectively.
